Many Americans suffer from diseases that could be treated with preventive healthcare measures and life style changes. The truth is, trouble often begins in the kitchen. Eating too much saturated fat, trans fat cholesterol and salt is a big problem. According to the American Heart Association, a steady diet of eating high fat foods can have a big impact on your risk for heart disease and stroke as well as obesity.
The Live Healthy and Thrive Expo will offer education for the entire family, from children to grandparents. As an attendee, you will be educated, inspired and motivated to live a healthier and more balanced life. You will be exposed to hundreds of vendors and sponsors who will exhibit their healthy goods and services. These vendors will provide you with a wealth of knowledge and positive experiences that will enhance the health and wellness of your mind, body and spirit...and even your environment. A portion of the proceeds from Live Healthy & Thrive Expo 2010 will go to benefit the Live Healthy & Thrive Youth Foundation, Inc. and the American Heart Association, 'Power To End Stroke' Campaign.
